Thank you for shopping at misscloth. Our online shop provides unique fashion product from our independent designers back by high quality material and reliable production. Our members of QA team inspect each product before packaging to ensure the maximum customers satisfaction.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or refund. Submit a request for return/exchange in your order page and we will try our best to meet your request.
Love the item but need a different size, color or pattern? You are welcome to make an exchange as long as it is in stock.
Just send the original package with original label back to our return center. Once you email us the return proof, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within a week. If you ship the item(s) back without notifying us the return information by email, we will process the refund in 3 weeks after receiving the package.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date.
- Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
- Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Swimwear, accessories and lingerie is not eligible for return or exchange.
Swimwear, accessories and lingerie can only be returned/exchanged if it is defective/damaged or wrong item.
You are required to upload a picture showing the problem item when submit the return/exchange request online.
How to Make Your Return or Exchange:
Step 1: If you are not satisfied with the items you received, please submit Return/Exchange request online (The button is just at the right side of your order).
Step 2: Pack it up. After submitting the return/exchange request online, you will receive Authorization and Return Address by email in 24 hours. Place your item(s) in original bag with original label and packing slip in a securely sealed shipping package.
Step 3: Send the return parcel off to our warehouse and email us the return proof, such as tracking number, copy of shipping receipt, picture of return package.
Step 4: You will receive the refund within a week or have an exchanged order after we receive the return proof and package.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for package transit, plus an additional 3 to 5 business days for processing after receipt at our Fulfillment Center.
We'll email you once we process your refund or exchange.
We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit a help ticket from Contact Us once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
